Narracotts has recently seen success in the Local Building Control “Built in Quality Awards”. The four projects selected for entry into this year’s competition were all shortlisted as Finalist, these were;
- The conversion of Chelston Hall a typical Torquay Victorian villa into a medical centre shared by two practices, a pharmacist and other associated uses.
- Beacon Heights, a prestigious detached marine dwelling.
- Alterations to The Firs in North Whilbrough.
- Evolve Development for Cavanna Homes in Torquay.
Chelston Hall Medical Centre was selected as the winning entry of its catergory. This follows on from last success with Regents House.
