ecological challenge 

Narracotts designed this development of three large executive houses in the Broadsands area of Paignton for the family-owned development company, Coyde Construction. The site with its very complex ecological issues having a bat roost set within a cave on the boundary, provided challenges to how the development was laid out. The houses enjoy far reaching views over Torbay and are arranged over a split-level designed with large open plan spaces.
