This small award-winning development by Jameson Homes of 6 detached four-bedroom dwellings is situated on the edge of the village of Rockbeare in East Devon. The houses arranged around a private road enjoy open views across the East Devon countryside and were built to a high specification. All houses are heated with air source heat pumps with underfloor heating. The quality of the design, specification and their construction were recognised when the scheme was awarded the Best small development by the Mitchelmore’s Design awards.
