Narracotts were appointed to provide construction detailing and drawings for the contractor chosen to develop this Duchy of Cornwall development of 110 dwellings on the edge of Truro in Cornwall. The project designed by architects appointed by King Charles III (Duke of Cornwall at the time) included a park and ride for the city centre, a small retail development and 110 dwellings including the magnificent terrace of 3 storey houses their design being based on the Nash houses of Regents Park in London. The houses and apartments are arranged around a kitchen garden area in the centre of the development, which King Charles took a great deal of interest with the design commenting on its layout and detailing.
