The award-winning Primrose Hill development was designed as the gateway to Torquay on the side of the Riviera Way leading visitors into the town. The project is set on the edge of the Willows and was the last parcel of land to be developed by Cavanna Homes of Torquay within this development of over 900 houses and an out-of-town shopping complex. The design brief was to create individual neighbourhoods within the 152 dwelling development and also to set It apart from the remainder of the Willows which had been developed over many years in various phases. Narracotts achieved this goal by using differing contemporary-coloured renders and cladding together a variety of glazed features. The development included a mix of house types and apartments providing affordable rented family homes together with two, three and four-bedroom dwellings sold on the open market.
